Confidential Information

In order to fulfill your order and to keep you informed about it’s progress, it is necessary for us to hold some of the information you have supplied. Our payment system is via paypal and they keep all the information relating to your credit/debit card. We retain all your other information, which may be kept on our computer system. We understand that some of the information is sensitive and will ensure that it is kept safely and not passed to third parties.

Post and Packing.

Postage is included in the price of the item for all customers living in the UK. Customers from aboard will be charged £1 contribution towards the cost. All taxes and duties for the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Arrangements

All orders will be sent by first class post using Royal Mail, within 3 working days of your order. Your order should reach you with 2 days from the date it was posted, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier / postal service.

If for some reason we cannot meet our posting times e.g. if we are on holiday we will place a message on the website at least 5 days before the break. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

All CDs will be sealed when they sent to you. If the packaged is damaged in the post or if you have changed your mind about the order you must email us within 7 days of delivery and return the CD/s and the receipt to the address shown at the top of the document. The postage for your return will be at your own cost. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IF THE SEAL ON THE CD IS BROKEN.

We aim to provide you with the best service we can and all our CD’s are checked before they are dispatched. When you receive your CD it should open automatically once you put it into your CD drive. If you find there is a problem then follow the instructions inside the case. If you are still unable to open the CD please email or call us we will be glad to help you

Statutory Rights

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Law and Courts Of Authority

English Law governs all business transactions made through this web site and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to English legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts

J & P Pictures reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders at its discretion.

The designs on this CD are unique and have been made from personal photographs. They have been designed for crafters to use to make greetings cards, memory albums and scrapbooks in their own home. All the designs are the property of their creators J & P Pictures.

Purchase of this CD allows you to

print as many of the designs for your own personal use that you want.
use the designs for creating your cards and albums or for decorating surfaces within your own home.
sell the items that you have made to your friends and family.

You are not allowed to

use these designs for commercial gain
sell more than 100 copies of any one design in any one year.
print and sell the designs unassembled
print any of the designs to be included with other items in a kit
manipulate or change the designs in any way whatsoever.
include images on web pages or in other published media
use the CD or upload the images onto any other computer outside your home
copy or duplicate the CD or any of the images in any form
publish or advertise any copyrighted designs without permission of J & P Pictures

The hiring, lending, copying, duplicating or altering of this CD or the images it contains is strictly forbidden.

The running and use of this CD is done entirely at the users own risk. The creator, copyright holders nor the sellers accept any responsibility for any loss or damage caused (directly or indirectly) by the use of this CD.
